I highly doubt this will go through. I can't imagine getting fined $2500 for uploading a Runescape video. Fuck them.
I can imagine if they upload music, or shows online because it actually affects companies, but video makers actually help the companies.

I doubt Runescape video would be stopped at all. Jagex has some weird obsession with machinima and other works using their game.
