i've seen him before. and there is a guy named like "lvl 9 hp" or something, who has 9 constitituion cause of that glitch a few years ago

There use to be a guy who came into the chat with that.

9 hp isn't a glitch.
In RSC you originally started with 1000 hp xp which was level 10. But they later increased the xp of level 10 so those accounts that still had 1000 xp were dropped to level 9.
I've known quite a few people with those accounts, they're not that rare.

Single character names I've seen: 3, B, E, F, H, P, Q, S, Z.
B and P were owned by the same person, but I think P was banned.
H and S were owned by the same person.
