It was more a case of he had already done it 3 (I think) times, and pretty much wanted the guy to do it in case there was something he was doing wrong / so he could blame him when it happened again. But yeah, I would never pay someone to do anything like that to my computer. Heck, I put my computer together myself because they charge you like $100 to do that and it takes like 20 minutes to do...
