'Legacy Mode'

-Toggle option
-First option - EoC combat as it is now
-Second option - Combat works closer to old style. No abilities. Special attacks and click and fight attacking is back. Afaik most other things stay the same as current EoC (overloads/prayer etc.)
-Possibly combat level formula will change, but hasn't been confirmed nor denied yet.
