It does?

Take fight caves for example, people can complete it at like level 20, with incredible difficulty, as you go up levels it becomes easier as you can take/block/hit more damage.

How is anything harder at higher levels...? If you're going to say you fight more advanced things, that can still be attempted at lower levels, it's just so incredibly difficult that nobody does.

Well, of course combat activities would be easier as your level increases, but skilling and other various noncombat would not change

I'm not sure why anyone would bother killing anything 10x their level or attempting to kill anything efficiently just for it to be "challenging".

Yeah, apparently it's not as hard of a fight as Nex all though the combat level is pretty much double. Apparently it will have stages similar to Nex as well.

Well, they said that level 120s should be able to do it, and from previous experience we can tell that Jagex really means approximately level 90+ will be able to do it (not counting the crazy pures that will do it at level 40-50).

Either way, it's not what I was expecting the QBD would look like at all. In fact, the way the hands and head are in those pictures just looks odd in general.
